A. Santiago Consulting was founded by Alex Santiago, a community organizer, published author, and consultant whose work spans nonprofit infrastructure, training and curriculum design, wellness programming, and organizational development. The firm partners with nonprofits, healthcare systems, foundations, and small organizations that serve communities that have historically been underserved by mainstream consulting.
Our work is practical. We write the manuals, build the websites, design the programs, train the staff, and prepare the documents that turn mission into operational reality.
